Reaching for zero impact

LUNA will represent a new concept of A+ building development in the city of São Paulo by combining its tenants’ positive journey of well-being, following the WELL Building Standards

Rochaverá

A recognized milestone in São Paulo’s real estate market: Brazil’s first LEED GOLD

The first project certified as LEED GOLD in Brazil, in 2009, Rochaverá transformed part of São Paulo’s South Zone, inaugurating a new business area. The project comprises a set of four towers that pioneered the full integration with the surroundings model.
