A recognized milestone in São Paulo’s real estate market: Brazil’s first LEED GOLD
The first project certified as LEED GOLD in Brazil, in 2009, Rochaverá transformed part of São Paulo’s South Zone, inaugurating a new business area. The project comprises a set of four towers that pioneered the full integration with the surroundings model. Completely connected to the city’s transport system, Rochaverá favors pedestrians, taking the model of use and occupation of city spaces to a new level. An epicenter for the development of commerce in the area, the project includes 17,000 square meters of green areas open to the public.
