Roberto Miranda de Lima

 

When Roberto founded Autonomy Investimentos in 2007, he already had more than ten years of experience in the real estate market. Civil Engineer from Escola Politécnica da USP, he became General Development Manager of Playcenter S.A in 1994, when it was a Private Equity invested by GP Investimentos.

In 1997, he joined Tishman Speyer, where he held the position of Head Commercial Developments for nine years, until he founded Autonomy. In the same year, in 2007, he joined the Board of MRV Engenharia S.A, where he stayed for two years.

Roberto holds an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, in São Paulo, and an extension from Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University in Boston, USA. Among its certificates are that of the Manager and Administrator of the Securities Portfolio by CVM (Comissão de Valores Imobiliários) and the CGA, Manager Certificate of Anbima.

Carlos Mateos

 

Carlos is a partner and responsible for Autonomy's Business Development and Investor Relations.

With 23 years of professional experience, he was director of portfolio management and investor relations at Pátria Investimentos for seven years before joining Autonomy in 2019.

Prior to that, he was a board member of Highline do Brasil S.A., chief executive officer at JER Partners in the USA and held several positions at General Electric Capital as a risk management executive.

Carlos holds a degree in economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, a postgraduate degree from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from The Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, USA. He is also certified as a Securities Portfolio Manager and Administrator by the CVM.

Deise Poli

 

Deise has been responsible for Autonomy's Portfolio Management since 2019.

With more than 26 years of experience in the real estate market, Deise was Development Director at Fibra Experts (Grupo Vicunha) for two years before coming to Autonomy.

Prior to that, he was Managing Director of Development and Property at Tishman Speyer for nine years and served in the expansion of the Regus Group in Latin America - Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina and Guatemala for another eight years. At Birmann S.A., he held several positions from 1995 to 1999.

Deise holds a BA in Architecture and Urbanism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.

Fabio Carvalho

 

Fabio has been a director and CFO of Autonomy since 2018. He has 28 years of experience in the financial area, with an emphasis on the real estate market.

Prior to joining Autonomy, he was CFO at NorthWest Healthcare Properties for four years. At Squarestone Brazil, he held the same position for another three years.

At Tishman Speyer Brazil, Fabio served as chief financial officer and DCM. Prior to that, he was an auditor at PwC and held different finance positions at multinationals such as EDS, Sun Microsystems and Monsanto.

Fabio has a degree in business administration with an MBA in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has CVM certification as a Manager and Securities Portfolio Administrator and an Anbima Manager Certificate.

Marcelo Carletti

 

Marcelo has been responsible for selling assets at Autonomy since 2016.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions at BR Properties for nine years and manager of real estate expansion at Arcos Dourados (McDonald's) from 2005 to 2007. He also worked in the Valuation & Advisory Services area at CB Richard Ellis from 2000 to 2005.

Marcelo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie and completed an MBA with an emphasis on Real Estate from POLI - USP (PECE).

Nelson Faversani

 

Nelson has been responsible for Autonomy's Design and Construction activities since 2012. With over 35 years of experience in construction and real estate development, he spent seven years at Tishman Speyer in addition to other prominent companies in the Brazilian real estate sector.

Nelson graduated in Civil Engineering at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, has a post-graduate degree in production engineering from Fundação Vanzolini at the University of São Paulo and is certified by the USGBC as a LEED Green Associate.

Andre Dias

 

Andre is responsible for investor relations and FP&A at Autonomy accumulating over 8 years of experience in the private equity industry. 

Previously Andre was a fund controller and held different finance positions at Patria Investimentos (2010 - 2019). 

Andre holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado in São Paulo.

Alessandra Baba

 

Alessandra is responsible for Accounting and Tax at Autonomy since 2018 with 10 years of experience in the real estate market.

Alessandra was from trainee to senior manager at KPMG Auditores Independentes (2009 to 2018), with rotation experience at KPMG NY Office, where she worked as senior associate for 18 months (2014 – 2016). 

Alessandra holds a BA in Business from the State University of Londrina, and BA in Accounting from Trevisan Business School, with active CRC (Brazilian certified accountant certificate) and CNAI (Brazilian certified auditor certificate).

Caroline Bertoldi

 

Caroline is a Development Manager at Autonomy Investimentos since 2019. At Autonomy, Caroline is responsible for product development, partnership prospection and placemaking activation.

She has over 20 years of experience as a project leader in urban planning, public-private partnerships and real estate.

Caroline graduated in Architecture and Urbanism from EESC-USP, and has an MBA in Real Estate from POLI – USP.

Fabiana G. Stumpf

 

Fabiana has been responsible for Property Management at Autonomy since December 2019.

With over 22 years of experience in the real estate market, he was Property Management Manager at Claritas, GLP and Prosperitas. She was a Real Estate Senior Manager at CB Richard Ellis from 2005 to 2010. Fabiana worked as a Property Manager at Cyrela from 2002 to 2005 and Regional Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from 1997 to 2002.

Fabiana holds a BA in Business Administration from FAAP and Hotel Administration from SENAC.

Guilherme Aquino

 

Guilherme has been responsible for Autonomy's Marketing and Leasing activities since 2009.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate market, he worked at Bracor and was responsible for the Leasing area at Jones Lang LaSalle between 1999 and 2008.

Guilherme has a degree in Economic Sciences from PUC-SP.

Julio Toledo

 

Julio is a member of Autonomy investment team since 2012, after joining the portfolio management team (2008 to 2012).

Julio has 14 years of experience in the real estate sector, passing through CBRE's capital markets division (2007-2008) and as a field engineer in the Servtec group (2005-2007).

Julio holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá and a postgraduate degree in business administration from IBMEC.

Lilian Cristina Barco

 

Lílian is responsible for supporting project development, capex planning and control, contract management and monitoring of construction execution at Autonomy since 2008.

With over 31 years of experience in real estate development, Lílian was a cost and planning manager at Matec Engenharia e Construções Ltda, a cost controller for 3 years at Hochtief do Brasil and a supply manager and cost and planning engineer at Construtora Método Engenharia for 15 years.

Lílian graduated in civil engineering from the Polytechnic School of Engineering at the University of São Paulo (Poli - USP). She specialized in production engineering from Fundação Vanzolini - University of São Paulo and business planning and competitive strategy  from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV

Rodrigo Calovini

 

Rodrigo is responsible for project development, legal approvals and construction at Autonomy since 2010.

With 22 years of experience in civil construction, Rodrigo worked for 12 years at Hochtief do Brasil, a construction company, and at Turner Construction (Hochtief group), in Albany, NY between 2004 and 2005.

Rodrigo is a civil engineer graduated from the Polytechnic School of São Paulo (USP).
